Savannah: Does this mean you believe everything happens for a reason?
Savannah: I love seeing people's response to that question.
Zack: I believe that one chooses his own destiny, but I also believe that the steps in making that choice are effects based on everything that happens in your life. So, in a way. Yeah.
Savannah: Good answer.
Zack: How about yourself?
Savannah: Yes. I go through period where I think that's completely ridiculous, and I go through periods where I think I'm just telling myself that so that I'll be happy, but "at the end of the day," I know that I really do believe that everything happens for a reason.
Savannah: That either makes me terribly naive or an extravagant dreamer. But I'm okay with that.
Zack: Well, without dreamers then the world we know of wouldn't exist. And to be honest, naivety is a sign of purity.

All I Really Need to Know I Learned in...
Share everything. Play fair. Don’t hit people. Put things back where you found them. Clean up your own mess. Don’t take things that aren’t yours. Say you’re sorry when you hurt somebody. Wash your hands before you eat. Flush. Warm cookies and cold milk are good for you. Live a balanced life — learn some and think some and draw and paint and sing and dance...

"Nothing Gold Can Stay" by Robert Frost
Nature’s first green is gold, Her hardest hue to hold. Her early leaf’s a flower; But only so an hour. Then leaf subsides to leaf. So Eden sank to grief, So dawn goes down to day. Nothing gold can stay.
